Yes. We provide you with the user manual which quickly familiarizes you with all the important features in Organyze. Please go through the demo to know more on the features

2. Does Organyze provide in-built help for users?

Yes, a comprehensive task-based help file is shipped with Organyze. Help about any feature/tool in the application can be accessed by clicking on the Help button.

3. Is there any after sales support provided to users?

Organyze customers get free e-mail support for 1 year from the date of purchase.

4. What is the e-mail address for sending any support related queries?

3. What credit cards do you accept?

We accept most internationally recognized credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard/Eurocard, American Express, Diners Club and JCB accepted by Paypal,CCavenue and Shareit.

4. Can I make the payment by bank/wire transfer or check/money order?

1. How much does an Organyze enterprise license cost?

2. Do you offer discounts if I buy multiple licenses?

Yes we offer substantial discounts for multiple license purchases. The more licenses you buy the lower is the price per license. For bulk pricing information about Organyze licenses, please contact us.

3. If I buy some Organyze licenses now and then buy additional licenses at a later date, how will the licences bought at a later date be priced?

You will get the advantage for the Organyze licenses bought earlier. For example, let’s assume a case where you bought 25 licenses of Organyze three months ago and want to purchase 25 more licenses today. We will calculate the new cost based on the combined number of old and new licenses. If you already own Organyze licenses and wish to purchase additional licenses please contact us at marketing@organyze.com to receive ordering instructions.

4. Do I have to pay extra for support and maintenance?

All Organyze customers receive free email support for a period of one year from the date of purchase. All Organyze customers also receive all major and minor Organyze upgrades released within a period of one year from the date of purchase. If you wish to receive support and upgrades after the free one year period, you must purchase Organyze Upgrade+Support Licenses.

1. When and how shall I receive the license?

You will receive a registration key by e-mail within 24 hours of purchase and installation.

2. Does an Organyze license require activation over internet?

Yes.

3. Does an Organyze license require payment of monthly or yearly fee for renewal?

We have both options, one-time and pay-as-you-go. Please contact us for details and see what suits your needs.

4. What is the minimum number of user licenses I need to buy?

You need to take a minimum of five (5) user licenses for Organyze. As the number of licences you take increases the cost per user will reduce.

5. What about upgrades of Organyze?

All Organyze customers receive free email support for a period of one year from the date of purchase. With the pay-as-you go model, there is no upgrade cost as long as you use it.

6. What operating systems does Organyze support?

Organyze is fully tested and compatible with all the latest Windows OSs. This includes both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of:
